Cancellation Policy
A 24 hour notice for the cancellation of your scheduled service is required. Clients cancelling with less than 24 hour notice will be required to pay non-refundable 50% of service reserved in order to continue booking future services at our salon. This policy applies wether the appointment is cancelled online, or via direct communication with your stylist.
No-call no-shows will be charged 100% of the service scheduled. No-shows with follow-up communication will be charged 50% of service scheduled.
